To the original design of Mr Lundie these are manufactured using high grade skin safe stainless steel. The contact surface is covered with hypoallergenic tubing to enhance comfort.
The Lundie loop is a circular prop and exerts light upward force to lift the lid in a controlled and reliable way as like a little spring. This type of prop is a permanent fixture and can be custom fitted to most frame types.
