Spec-Care Ltd does not operate a direct to consumer spectacle lens service or operate any affiliated businesses providing spectacle sales.
We are your technicians, supporting your practice and all services available are listed on this website. We do have a Consumer Repairs pricing structure. This will help you in the pricing of your repairs service provided through us and we generally recommend making provision for inward postage.
Our services include:
Direct to PX
Our ‘Direct to PX’ service is perfect when we are needing to socially distance. Just fill out the form below and send it with the repair.
We will still process the order in accordance with your account terms and when complete, the spectacles will be sent by signature post directly to your customer.
We do not include any invoicing or marketing details with the frames and we will never use the details provided to contact the customer directly.
We do include a quality assurance card with the repair and in the event of a warranty issue, we are happy to honour the warranty by PX return to us or via the practice.
Trade Account Registration
Payment and Billing
Payments can be made through group billing agreement or by the following methods.
1. Direct Debit (30 days credit from invoice date)
2. Telephone or e-invoice card payment
3. Proforma bank transfer

Simply complete the billing address field on the registration form and we will check.
Details of billing and services will follow your registration. We manually verify all new accounts so please be allow 24 hours for our reply.
National Eyecare Group account holders
*If you are a member of the National Eyecare Group, you will receive a discount when billed through them. You must clearly state your NEG account number on every service request.
SightCare SPECS scheme members
If you are a member of the SPECS scheme, you will receive a discount when billed through SightCare. You must clearly state your SCS account number on every service request.
NHS and NHS trusts accounts welcome, we can work with you and the procurements department to get your account running quickly.
‘Direct to PX’ Form
Once repaired the spectacles will be sent by signature post directly to your customer.
