    Assembly of unbroken frames.

    This service covers spectacles that are not broken or snapped but require assembly of TLC.

    Examples:

        • Nose pad has fallen off
        • Screw has snapped or been lost
        • Lens has fallen out
        • Plastic frame requires re-polishing
        • Metal frame requires reconditioning

    Repair to broken frame.

    Included in these service tiers Silver Gold Platinum

    Includes plastic or metal frames that have a physical break and require a repair or replacement of a missing part. Includes repairs to rimless and titanium frames.

    Examples:

        • Snapped arm or rim
        • Broken bridge
        • Requires a replacement part
        • Laser weld repair
        • Re-bonding of plastics

    Professional reconditioning.

    Included in these service tiers Gold Platinum

    Plastic frames are highly polished using our professional mops to restore frame surface to best condition. Metal frames are emersed in electroplating plating solutions to restore gold (24K and 14 K), rose gold (14K), Rhodium (silver) and black nickel (gunmetal).

    Examples:

        • All frame components cleaned individually
        • Plastic frames professionally polished
        • Metal frames are ultrasonic cleaned
        • Metals are replated

    UV germicidal treatment.

    Utilising UVC rays 253.7 nm to eliminate any microorganisms and sterilise your eyewear for ultimate cleaning peace of mind.

    Delivery Services

    UK Standard Delivery & Insurance

    Depending on geographical location, we will select Royal Mail (Signed For) or DX (B2C). A maximum of loss or damage liability of £50 applies and Spec-Care reserves the right to select either service.

    UK Premium Delivery & Insurance

    DHL or equivalent tracked and insured delivery. A maximum of £500 loss or damage liability applies. Spec-Care reserves the right to select the courier.

    Deliveries outside of the UK will be quoted on an individual basis by Spec-Care.
